Android Mobile Login Session Not Persisting Across Devices

I am experiencing a persistent mobile login issue affecting my Blizzard account across multiple Android devices.

Both the Battle.net app and Hearthstone repeatedly prompt me to log in, even after a successful authentication. Login does complete, but the session does not persist. After a short period or relaunch, I am asked to log in again.

This issue originally appeared on a new device and has since propagated to my previous device, which had never experienced this problem before.

What makes this notable:

  • Issue reproduces on multiple Android phones

  • Factory reset performed and restores skipped

  • Only Battle.net and Hearthstone installed

  • Issue now affects a device that previously worked correctly

  • Occurs on multiple networks

  • Behavior is identical across devices

This strongly suggests an account-level mobile authentication or session persistence issue, not a device, OS, or network problem.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to Battle.net app on Android
  2. Launch Hearthstone or return to Battle.net
  3. App requests login again after a short time or relaunch

Expected Result:
Login session persists as normal.

Actual Result:
User is repeatedly prompted to log in despite successful authentication.

Blizzard Support GMs have reviewed this case and confirmed that backend/developer involvement is required, as mobile session state cannot be modified by Game Masters.
