Okay. Ive visited every forum, Ive tried every trick and guide. Ive tried with every game on Battle.net… I have even reset my laptop. If I cant find an answer ill try a complete factory reset to get it to work. Ive gotten 2 different codes

The hexadecimal crash code you got is a crash event ID; it allows Blizzard to fetch additional information on your crash. It’s not an error code and it has no meaning by itself. So, when posting on the D3 Tech Support forum, you should provide additional information/data on your computer in the form of a DxDiag report; post the entire DxDiag report between 2 lines of 4 tildes… as in:

~~~~A short description of what you were doing (Nephalem rifts, Greater Rifts, Bounties…) could also be useful… as well as the class or name of the hero you were playing when this error occurred. According to your web profile, the hero that you last played is your Seasonal Wizard on 29 July.
