I now have the same issue. Casual player but I now need to change country location since I’ve moved countries. I have an open ticket but no answer for 2days.
Ticket times are insane right now. Blizzard released several games recently, had several ban waves, have many returning players. It caused a massive wave of tickets.
Wait times are close to 2 weeks, unfortunately. No, Blizzard does not think that is ok either. Nobody does.

MVPs are other players, not Blizzard staff. MVPs don’t represent Blizzard, or speak for Blizzard.
If you want an answer from Blizzard, you need to put in a ticket. The queue is around 9 days right now.
