I think it should have the butcher ,
Possibly an angel, Lilith, or herald
Of terror or even blood baron.
Act 4 should have diablos luitenant

Lastly addition azmodan and Magda
Dual boss.
This should introduce a new loot table
With new items such as life, movement
Sockets in boots, and better weapons
Such as skill fire damage and mana
