I have submitted 2 tickets till now about how my account has been changed without me changing it and i have gone through forums looking at what people are saying about it. What is up with the support team? Do you guys not like doing your job? I have waited for someone to send an email to me about my situation especially after the fact that i sent two different tickets, providing the my ID and all the information you asked for. Even after providing all of that, you guys just sit back and don’t do anything to help us out. This is pathetic, i have spent money on my account, i bought Cold War and i have MW on it too, including all the in game cash i spent too. This has been the worst support system i have ever seen, and watch, they will probably reply to me saying " Account issues are not handled through the forums for privacy and security reasons, please contact our customer support team for assistance and submit a ticket" Even after i did and after i submitted a ticket. Can you guys just do your job and help me, reply faster.

Hey CripToe,
Like you mentioned above, account issues aren’t handled on the public forums. So as long as you have a support ticket submitted, you’re on the right track. Last I saw yesterday, ticket times were estimated at 24-48 hours. However, usually it’s a little bit quicker than estimate, so hopefully a support agent will be getting to your ticket soon.

If you submitted the ticket under an account compromise category, those are often given higher priority so it should definitely be quicker than the estimate.

Oh and I wanted to add, just for expectation sake, because this has to do with CoD which isn’t Blizzard’s game, depending on where the issue lies, the support agent may refer you to Activision’s support.

No its not cod that im talking about, i cant enter battle.net at all, it tells me that there isnt an account linked to my email. I didnt change the email or password, so i think someone might have entered my account and maybe changed the email or something…
