Absolutely ridiculous that I have had to create a free account to try and get a hold of a friggen customer service rep. My email to my battle net account was changed without authorization and meanwhile some little scum bucket in the world has access to my information. I need a representative now not later.

You dont have to create a new account, Awfulhelp. You can submit an account hacked support ticket without being logged in.
While logged out, go through the normal pathway to the ticket and enter in the email that should be tied to your account, then click Submit.
