My account got hacked and the username was Liamc20134#2897. The person currently has access to my account has changed my email and removed the phone number from my account so i have no way of accessing it. I would submit a ticket however, it requires me to have ‘government issued photo ID’ which i doubt i used my real birthday. I am wondering if i’d be able to get my account back via live chat
Yeah same i think My account got hacked i tried logging on today but i could not and i tried again but it ended up making a new account with my old email i used for the other acct. My user name was Rattysabah#1250. I want to submit a ticket but you need a pic of your ID and i think i did not use my real date of birth. But i just want my account back i had Cod Mw and Cold war but on this “new” account i have nothing
Support will ask for a real picture id to help them confirm you are who you say you are. Years ago i had to do this. Make sure its official support before you hit send though!
