Account hacked, no ticket response 3 days later


My account got hacked late sunday night and as soon as I found out (not long after, maybe 30-45min) I opened a ticket, sent the picture of my ID, my email and everything on the account was changed so I was sure to include a different contact email/put my phone number. The estimated wait time was 24 hours.

I gave it 36 hours or so, and then opened another ticket with the same info. Once again, estimated wait 24 hours, once again I have gotten no response, much longer than 24 hours.

So what’s the deal? You guys have no live support or number I can contact and this is an urgent matter. Absolutely horrible customer service.
