I’ve been playing games on battle.net for years and have had no issues. I stopped playing for a month and come back to play the new Overwatch event and the email to my account has suddenly been changed. More options to make a ticket and recover my account would be nice since I can’t even talk to someone without my ID. The account is under the username depression#12377. I have payment information saved on there so this causes even more of a panic for me, and I have no photo ID currently and even if i did, the name as the real ID isn’t my actual name. I have spent so much time and money on that account and would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. I can answer to any of the security questions as long as they haven’t been changed since the hacking. Thanks,
