I Got a email saying my email on the account was changed then the email disappeared now i have no account all my stuff is gone and battle net 24/7 support is still not answering me after 24 hours ? Any suggestions
The only way to reach support, and to discuss private account info, is through the ticket system. Tickets can take quite a while to answer depending on queue length. If you got a ticket number, then the ticket was submitted properly.
While you wait you need to figure out how someone got your account email, password, and the login for your email address as well. They need that info to change the email. They may very well still be in your email removing notifications. If you have an Authenticator on the account, they either have access to that too, or ability to remove it using account info normally only you know, or a copy of a Govt issued ID matching the account name.
Malwarebytes free is a great start, as is an updated virus scan. Think back if you fell for any phishing scams, too good to be true websites, scare “omg you are banned click here” schemes, etc. From a computer you know to be free of malware, change your passwords! Email account included.
