Account hacked doesn't exist anymore? Battle.net modern warfare

I bought the game when it first came out modern warfare I go to log in to play this morning and it said my account doesn’t exist I made a new account with the same email hoping it would solve the problem but it’s like my account has dissapeared completely I have made multiple purchases on my account with PayPal ect I’m very unhappy because at this point I’m out quite a bit of money

I was able to link my Activision account to my “new” account but I’ve had the same email forever it’s still saying I need to purchase the game again the unique numbers after my gamer tag are #1962 but it’s supposed to be #1319

CoD is an Actvision game, you’ll probably find more help over their support site: https://support.activision.com/

However since this is somewhat related to Battle.net you might also find help over the Desktop App Tech Support
