Hey all,
Recently tried to re-download battle.net, and found out that my login was incorrect. Upon trying to reset my password I found that my email was altered for the account. Whole thing is gone. I tried reaching out to blizzard and it has been about 5-6 days since opening a ticket. Is my account gone forever? Will they respond? I just wanted to play mwII 
goodluck, same situation but my ticket has been going for 2weeks
This is ridiculous. My epic games was also compromised and they replied in the same day.
yeah, i understand the stress from the ov2 launch but 2 weeks is not understandable at all and is ridiculous
My account was compromised on Oct. 12, it’s been a week and a day since i sent my ticket request in. My phone is on the account so I am able to see what the hacker changed my email to and is incredibly frustrating that I have no way of getting it back with my phone number STILL on the account. The fact blizzard lets us all be hacked and won’t do anything day 1 is really outstanding. Im keeping my experience well documented and will definitely be filing a BBB report against them. Seriously unprofessional. Especially since I played on their platform for years. Too much time and energy put on my OG account, so starting over really isnt worth it. Sucks that I am not the only one dealing with this. But at least I know I am not alone
2 weeks? Wow. I hope they reach out soon. I thought they would’ve reached out today because it’s been a week. I guess we’ll all have to wait a good month or two. If the hackers don’t decide to eradicate our accounts.
