Account hacked and NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE FOR OVER 12 HOURS

It appears my main account was hacked. It looks like someone hacked it and added an authenticator as the ONLY OPTION to authenticate the account with phone number ending in numbers that are definitely not mine. Being hacked is annoying sure… but the real issue is BATTLE.NET HAS NO SUPPORT YOU CAN TALK TO VIRTUALLY OR ON THE PHONE (via their callback service). And the only way to submit a ticket is to log into the account which I obviously cannot do. Thanks Blizzard/ Battlenet… you continue to keep the bar set as low as possible. Can someone PLEASE contact me so we can resolve the issue on the correct account? Your “support” links just send me in circles and its quite frankly a joke…

You can create a ticket without logging in - use the “can’t log in” options. You will get a reply via email. DO NOT REPLY to the email. They really mean that when it says do not reply in the email address :slight_smile:

Open a new ticket to reply, reference the first ticket number, and then provide the information they are asking for.

Another way to do it is to create a new Battlenet account so that it is easier to track tickets. Be sure to use your real name just like your main account. Be VERY clear when you submit your ticket under Account Hacked that you are talking about a different account - give the battletag and email that is supposed to be on that account so the gm can find it.

Hacked account tickets take time. Usually they are able to get your account back in your hands though.

my account also got hacked I got it back got the password changed and everything but my overwatch account was suspended and blizzard keeps saying I’m a liar and just straight up refuse to help kind of sad that support won’t support for crap
