My account was hacked at 7/12 and the email address has been modified that I’m no longer to log on, to raise this ticket, I’ve tried registered this new account (use same email) and file a ticket (#93061798) for blizzard support team, after 8 hours, my ticket got cancelled and without any notification.
If the information is not enough, why don’t reply at the ticket but cancel it?
Not sure if there’s someone can cancel my ticket, why don’t reply to user and handle this issue?
