Account got hacked - no response to ticket

My account got hacked. Someone changed the mobile phone, added an authenicator and changed the email. This was my id: MrVibeX#2379. I already created two tickets. One 30+ hours before. How I got hacked? I downloaded a program, and i guess it had inside a keylogger or something. I already formatted my pc and changed every password i had everywhere. What happened after the keylogger? I received yesterday an email that someone changed my email in battle net, changed my mobile number, and added an authenticator. I was not online in a pc at the moment, so i didnt have time to connect and change everything. When i tried it was too late. For the GM, to help identify that i am the owner of the account, I have every transaction i did, every buy and I uploaded them in the ticket. I also attached some files too with my ID and my emails that I received when someone changed the emails.
