Over a week ago, I posted about how my account got hacked. Contacted support over this and they requested I use a different email for the ticket, after giving them the second email, they sent me another email on the new account saying they reset my password. Not only does this not help me at all, they also banned the new account I made under the second email that they requested from me. After all the work and time spent waiting, I’m back at square one. I know it’s my fault for getting my account hacked, but support didn’t do anything I asked for. I’ve almost given up on getting it back.
