Account email and password changed

Hello,

This morning I received multiple emails from Blizzard that my account email and password had been requested to be changed. When I attempted to login to my account it said that my email is not associated with an account. I cannot request a password change as it says my phone number isn’t connected either. My account has been hacked and I do not know what to do to get it back. I just sent a picture of my Government issued license ID as requested on the account support page as it’s my only option because I am unable to login. I am posting this with a brand new account I just created.
