I just tried to log into my account today, and see “We can’t find that Blizzard account.” What? I bought the special edition of overwatch when it was still $80, and now my account is suddenly deleted? I made this account with the same battletag and e-mail, but it worked, so I’m not just forgetting my account details or something. I even still have the discord connection to my old battle.net account saying my battletag is Personal Information Removed, when this account is Personal Information Removed. Please help, I’ve been playing overwatch and hearthstone for 3 years now, and I don’t want to see that all my progress is just gone.

BRO SAME. I tried to login to battle.net to play overwatch and my email was deactivated. i know im using the right email because i am still getting promo offers from blizzard. my battle tag is Personal Information Removed
I crated this account for the purpose of replaying the this email. if a blizzard staff member sees this then please give me some info on what happened Personal Information Removed

During an account recovery we must verify ownership of the account. Since this is a public forum we cannot do that here. The best thing to do would be to contact our support team directly.
On a side note, we do offer free account security via a mobile phone app called the Authenticator. This app is a two step authentication method for new logins and will help prevent account theft.

Same thing happened to me. Did you somehow get your account back or at least get the games back for free. I srly dont want to lose all my progress.
