Account compromised. Need support help. Ticket page not work

Account has been hacked and the email has been changed. I can no longer log in to the website or the desktop app.
The support ticket submit botton is not working.
I need a way to contact support for help.

I’m having similar issues and I think I’ve found a way. I don’t know if it works in every web browser but it worked for me with Firefox.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOG IN

Here’s what you have to do:

  1. You need to open a private browsing page (incognito or whatever)
  2. Go to battle.net then scroll down to the end and click on Contact Us
  3. On this page choose Customer Support
  4. Close the pop-up asking for your info and then click on Account
  5. Click on ''I would rather categorize the issue
  6. Choose ‘‘Not listed here’’ this is very important or else the system will ask you to log in
  7. Again, click on the blue Contact Us button
  8. Fill out the form as needed and press the Submit button and voilà

It may take a few seconds to a few minutes until it submits but it works
I can screenshot the email I received confirming the ticket submission.
