So, I tried to contact support with a ticket about it to remove the blizzard balance and add the appropriate playtime.
Yet, they link me to a 2 month one-time purchase.
So, all of the effort in acquiring ~170k gold WASTED because I did not know that you are UNABLE to purchase game time with $15 Blizzard Balance.
All I am asking is for a 1 time refund of the WoW token on my account (so I can choose gametime again) or some sort of solution here??
I cannot currently afford 15 bucks a month and the only way I can continue to play is through WoW tokens on a month by month basis…
