About to give up on getting my account back

So, this started about two weeks ago when I had reset my PC not thinking of it affecting anything. When I reinstalled everything and tried to get into my battle net account I was hit with an authenticator code that is linked to my old phone number and old phone. So I tried to go through the recovery process and was hit with an error “Too many attempts try again later.” And when I go past that page I’m hit with a blank page with just a caution symbol and no text. So I put in a ticket under my email used for the account and received an email saying to put in a lot of information to prove I’m the rightful owner of the account to the best of my ability and I received an email saying that it wasn’t good enough and Id need to reply to the ticket with the issue id and the corrected information. After that I explained that I can’t reply with a ticket because I can’t login to my account. So I received another email saying open a new ticket with the issue id at the top and the corrected information to the best of my ability. This was about a week ago. So I did and I never received an email or anything back, so I was forced to open a new ticket explaining how I never received anything back and explained my issue again. I the received the same email response I did the first time about giving the information that they requested, and I did just that and again no response. So then I was looking on forum boards and online for any other people with this issue and someone stated to be able to reply to tickets use an alternative account and put in a ticket for your main account there so you can actually respond to tickets and explain that I need my main account phone number or authenticator removed or changed so I can log in. It has been over a week by this point. So I did just that and I received the same email again and response to my ticket explaining give the information so they can prove I’m the owner of the account with the ticket issue id at the top. So I gave them the information which was more then enough to prove I’m the owner of the account. So I wait a day or two and never received a response to either ticket and when I get back on to see my tickets I realized it had been merged with another issue and wasn’t even answered in any way and seemed to have been completely ignored. So I try yet again to open a ticket and ask about removing my authenticator or changing my phone number, and received the same response about giving information to prove that I’m the owner and so I put in a reply to the ticket and did everything they ask but when I go back to make sure my submission went through I realize my ticket seemed to have magically disappeared or seemed to have been deleted completely. So I try again and the same thing happens, I receive an email about sending information to prove I’m the owner of the account and so I try again and again when I check for the ticket its just gone. Keep in mind this is after about a week and a few days of just trying to talk to someone and get this figured out right after purchasing war within and a new subscription. So I’m really not sure what to do. Because they don’t offer a phone number to call or live chat anymore I’m stuck with playing this game of tag with the blizzard support team that ends in my tickets being completely removed or deleted and never getting farther then sending that information even though I’m perfectly putting in what they asked for. I have no way to access my old phone number and my authenticator isn’t on my new phone. I don’t have the security key that it gives you when you first install and log in on the authenticator so I feel like my account is stuck in purgatory and support is just not responding or deleting my tickets or something. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME I JUST WANT INTO MY ACCOUNT AND I WANT TO PLAY WOW IM SO UPSET AND I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO AT THIS POINT. PLEASE HELP ME
