A bad fanatics experience. Please fix it

First time in years (as far as I am aware of) that the US blizzard gear store does not allow to ship items outside of the US (considering we get nothing new on the EU store)
I wanted to buy the new Diablo 4 art print… but apparently the “fanatics” experience does not want me to spend money.
I contacted customer support and they dont know why the item cannot be shipped outside of the US.

Blizzard… please fix this. You say you hear us out… but it feels you don’t.
