after upgrade my 900 arena points is gone.

This forum is for giving feedback about the Desktop App, i.e. the Battlenet Launcher.
As you’re talking about Arena, I presume that’s World of Warcraft? If so…

If not, if you say which game you’re on about, someone can direct you to the right place.
