That is the average ticket wait time, not your specific queue. Tickets are handled in priority order. I do suggest you take Leviathan’s suggestion and post on the Customer Support section of the WoW forums. This one is for the old Warcraft 2 RTS game.
Keep in mind, the forums are not a means to circumvent a ticket. They can update you on current issues and policies that might give you insight though.
