i put in a ticket 16 days ago and i’ve still got no reply, are ticket queues really that long?

as i understand average queue timse are 1-2 wweeks so going over that time makes me nervous :# if u gt a reponse at this point its gotta be a mircale, hope u best of luck though xd
I requested a refund and got a reply in 2 days but when I explained that the game kept crashing I haven’t heard back from them since.
