I posted here a week ago but haven’t received any kind of response, so I thought I’d try again.
I keep on getting this message when I try to connect to US East:
Battle.net is not responding. Please try connecting again in a few minutes.
Any word on this from anyone? I’m still getting the same error message 
I’ve been reading through the forums and it seems like I have a temporary ban, but I have no idea what it would be for. I wasn’t using a VPN and I wasn’t doing anything super fast. I was slow walking a character through Act 1 and went to change to a new character (slowly!) and voila… this message came up
Any help that can be given would be super appreciated.
