I have been going back and forth with support / Game Masters since week 3 of the expansion.
I fell behind in early weeks on fractured sparks and am unable to obtain any catchup sparks. Doing raid and tons of M+ weekly and no luck.
The new weekly fractured spark from the weekly quest is still available to me, but I am 2 fractured sparks behind and have no way to fix it.
Character: Nagáto - US Area 52
Please help, blizzard support told me I was out of luck unless bug report could help me.
