Thumbing through these stats, you can clearly see that Terran has actually played more games over the years, than their representation would suggest.
So, you might ask, if Terran population is actually more senior/more experienced, and more active, and has massively lower average MMR, where is the proof that it’s so easy? Well, that’s simple: Players like BMFBeardo and SkyEater keep saying it… And if that isn’t proof, what is!!!

I ran into BMF beardo on the ladder and absolutely slaughtered him. I gave him a free army of hydras (dancing them in his natural) and he still died. When players go mass mutalisk, they rely on overwhelming the hydras with a nice bane connection and then having enough mutas to DPS down any size of roach ball. Well that’s where ultras come in. Mutas don’t do any meaningful damage to ultras. So after donating my army to him (which otherwise would’ve ended the game) I started a hive and went right for ultras. Of course he didn’t scout and just kept spamming more mutas until 10 ultras just walked across the map and obliterated his base while ignoring the mutas. This followup is actually a very nice counter to mutas because you bank gas while making queens, and the queens are good on the defense against the mutas and can heal the ultras in case the other player is a bit more competent and you have to retreat.
