Are there any players who think the same?

It seems to me that the penalties for winning or losing a game in a competitive match are a little unfair, I spent 20 minutes trying to win an almost lost game, the opponents almost immediately carried the load to the end, and my team stood for extra time for a very long time, during the third round the opponents had 4 minutes, and we had 1 minute, in the end they somehow miraculously failed to capture 1/3 of the point, but we did, I was promoted by 8% for (EXPECTED OUTCOME)

Expected outcome isn’t calculated based on how game went, but on MMR of the players I imagine.

Same is in chess…

If you have 2500SR and your opponent have 1200 it doesn’t matter you struggled the whole game. Almost lost twice, but managed to pull out a miracle play and won… You still will be awarded very little SR because you are expected to win that.

Ranks aren’t an endless ladder to climb, they’re meant to reflect your percentile compared to the rest of the playerbase.
