Hello,
I would like to report what seems to be an unfair penalty I received after a match.
I played the entire match from start to finish and performed well throughout the game. The match fully ended (including overtime), and the victory screen had already appeared.
Right after the match ended, my connection briefly dropped for a second, but it came back immediately.
However, when I returned to the game, I received a 1-hour suspension as if I had abandoned the match, which is not accurate since the match was already completed.
Additionally:
- I did not receive any rewards or points for the match.
- The penalty seems to have been applied incorrectly, since the disconnect happened after the match ended.
Could this be a bug or system error?
I would appreciate if this situation could be reviewed and, if possible, have the penalty removed and the rewards granted.
