I was going to play a competitive match, but then i just got banned because the game just dont enter the match. I didnt lagged and my pc didnt crashed. It stayed just saying match found and entering the match, but it didnt enter the match and i got banned for that. I would like to have permission to send a link to a image that comproves what i am saying, but apparently i dont have permission for that.

Eu lamento, mas infelizmente não há o que fazer. Mesmo sabendo que você não entrou na partida devido a um problema técnico, a Blizzard não pode lhe devolver sua classificação perdida, nem remover quaisquer suspensões ou banimentos provenientes disso. Aqui no fórum nós temos uma postagem que explica os motivos que a Blizzard lida com essas situações dessa forma.
