What happened:
1. I had two active runs: Standard Arena and Underground Arena.
2. When I logged into the game, both runs were automatically retired.
3. The reward animation appeared twice, each time showing that the corresponding Arena packs were granted.
4. I was removed from the Arena screen, re-entered to confirm the second run, and the reward screen appeared again.
5. I immediately went to “Open Packs”, but none of the Arena packs were there.
6. I only received the Arena tickets refund, not the packs.
7. Later, I opened packs from other sources, which confirms that the Arena packs were never delivered.
Support informed me that they cannot manually restore Tavern rewards and advised me to report the issue here for developer review.
Request:
Please check the reward delivery logs at the time the runs were retired.
Confirm whether the pack delivery failed.
Correct the behavior and, if possible, restore the missing packs that were shown as awarded.
