Porque overwatch me direcciona a otra IP con alta latencia

Por favor ayuda, todo esto paso cuando mi proveedor me cambio la ip y de ahi se arruino todo, siempre he jugado en 120 de ping en US y ahora estoy con 150-160 de ping.

Este es la ip que deberia conectarme por tener menos latencia pero no lo hace.
