Ya that’s why this event literally dies a day later after it starts when you do that.
So anyone mind explaining to me why you don’t get flagged for loot if you get turned into a zombie? I don’t mind being turned as it’s all just fun and games, but that factor kinda sucks no matter how you look at it.
Glad your enjoying the event and for the record, I’m not against the actual event I’m against being forced to do something that I actually loathe in game.
Yes it’s in the game, I have a choice to Arena, Battleground or World PVP. I choose NOT to do any of it because I did it too much in TBC and got REALLY Fed up with it. I don’t choose to do it and since I’m paying my subscription LIKE all the rest out there. I should be able to choose what I want to do.
I’m NOT forcing anyone NOT to do the event, so why won’t the rest respect me in my choice not to participate in it because I’m all PVP’d out and have been for a LONG time. ONE less PVE’er is not going to break your event.

If you CC them they can explode. Paralysis or ring of peace works, though I bet you know that already.
Hard part would be targeting them.
Unbelievable they brought back this griefer’s paradise after it had such a negative response the first time. What a lack of creativity.

Yeah agreed. They should have allowed players to ‘buy’ or recruit an Argent Knight and while they have this Knight they are not attackable by zombies. If they self flag or war mode it removes the buff from the Knight.

Well it’s that time I am going to retire, thank you everyone who listened to my concerns.
I don’t want to ruin the event for people but I use the game as a stress relief and thus I’m not logging in for the week. So no stress relief but no added stress either.

Yes. When it is available, I’ll spend some time stirring up some chaos.
He’s one of those types of people who admitted to causing chaos on icecrown rares and making people not get their loot.

The worst part is the lack of creativity. People doing the same tired BS they did ten years ago.

Why are so many people getting so upset about dying in a video game, and not even in a competitive setting?
If these ghouls were NPCs that continuously spawn and weren’t other players, would you be this upset? Is it the implied slight of “losing” to someone that turns it from a once off event into a “control” crisis?

It people intentionally interfering with their gameplay the irritates them. That’s why griefer’s love this so much. They gain a small amount of control over people that they lack IRL.

This is the most stupid game event I have ever experienced! This ruined my whole night of game play. My characters are all low level and I am a casual player. This is complete BS that a paying customer must be forced into PVP. I could understand having the event optional but being forced into it as a new player to retail is extremely frustrating!!! I did not pay a subscription fee to have a week of my fun time taken away without a choice!!!
