You might be able to get a refund to show your displeasure.
Otherwise you may be able to get them to freeze your sub for a few days so you don’t waste money for time you can’t play.
I specifically said I am indifferent actually. My main complaint is the lack of problem solving among people in this game that has about a bazillion things to do in 300 areas not infected by zombies…and flying mounts.
I’m annoyed by the fact that I cannot get from Boralus to Dalaran without getting PVP flagged, because Blizz in their infinite wisdom put the portal room in Stormwind, and just zoning in auto flags you for PVP. Had to sit around doing nothing for 5 minutes after getting to Northrend because I do not want to PVP. Perhaps it would have made more sense to have the event in a different city so we could use the portal rooms without having to deal with it.

Sure it may suck for some people but cmon, its a week. If this were real life invasion do you think zombies would care that you don’t fight other people?
Saying the game is completely unplayable is such an exaggeration.

I played the game just fine to be honest. I am just avoiding Stormwind and not going there for any reason. No real reason to go there anyway.
So you’re doing the zombie prepatch quest line and you’re surprised you may get infected by zombies, and you only had a 3 month warning. The audacity!

To be fair, it’s like the pumpkin spice argument now. People had a valid complaint, and then others come in like, I DON’T EVEN CARE BUT YOU’RE DUMB.
The people whining about the complainers are like a billion times worse.
Although yea, we’ve got some real drama queens in here.
Most areas are affected, people are purposely going out of their way to go places to infect others and being forcibly flagged to pvp, especially on a server in which the opposing faction outnumbers you 10 to 1 makes the issue even bigger.

If you’re outnumbered 10 to 1 then how in the world are you getting infected in cities? Must be no one there.
Imagine zoning in to find yourself dead/zombied. You explode and run back to your corpse. Res. Take three steps. Get swarmed and killed. Repeat ad nauseum as you try to get to the portal room.
That sounds pretty unplayable to me.

This reminds me of the time, waaay back in BC I was camping younglings in Tanaris and sometimes it would take them hours to get away from me and I laughed and laughed and ruined my rep so bad, its still impossible for my druid to get into areas with goblins
Haha the tears you would’ve shed during the wrath invasion i was looking forward to this again but this is soft bring on more zombies i say!

They nerfed the zombies again today.
The irony is that if they allowed people to opt out, they could have left zombies as they originally were.
So people who liked it got the short end, and so did the people who hated it.
Like, why man, lol.
I spent the first day of the Wrath invasion on a planter in the sky in Shat. Then I cancelled my account and logged off until the launch.
Or you could simply res next to your portal , get infected (takes 45 seconds for the plague to take effect) run through your portal, die on the other side of said portal, res and go do what you’re doing.
But you’re not looking for a solution are you?
