It was never opt in with warmode on, warmode doesnt even work in main towns… It was 2 different things on ptr first it was a invasion for 4 weeks zombies everywhere, then they toned it down based on the million posts on these forums within a few days to what it is now. Not opt in but infectious zombies are time limited, they die die fast and only available for 1 week.
