Best way to make zg (and any other old raids) relevant for all players - add a chest after killing last boss, that contains 2-3 random naxx level items. It’s not very big chance that you will get exactly what you need from it, it’s just a little bonus or motivation for people to run a raid even when they dont need anything from it, to have a little chance of getting BiS naxx item. It will solve problem with zg enchants, bwl trinckets, and kazzak for paladins neck - all people will have motivation to join those raids.
