What about it do you feel is garbage? And why did you only quote part of what I said thus misrepresenting me? Is that all you read?
So far lag hasn’t been nearly as bad as the Shadowlands pre-patch in Icecrown. I rather like the timing. Set a timer for 90min, toss in a load of laundry, watch a soap, timer goes off, log in for a 10min gaming break. Set new timer, go grocery shopping, swap laundry to dryer put in the towels, beep beep beep Oooh gaming break time! Plenty time to get stuff done in between boss events.

1 Timing even at it’s shortest 30 mins is too long. At most it should be no more 15 to 20 for the entire event not just the last few weeks.
2 Drop rate too low and cost too high… 1 to 5 for normal mobs is a joke.
3 Artwork. When I saw the event on the beta I thought it wasn’t finished. I was going to say that it looks like an intern did the art assets for the event but that would be an insult to interns. It looks like maybe Bob from the mailroom did it.
4 The whole event lacks any attempt at creativity in my opinion.
I was acknowledging that you don’t “think the event is garbage”. The rest wasn’t relevant to my opinion that the entire event is garbage.

This would’ve been my favorite pre-patch in the entire history of the game, I swear. My “player engagement” would’ve gone up about 5000% I SWEAR. I’d have logged on to all of my alts immediately to start doing Mythic+, grinding pvp for mogs, etc.

Do they even have a VM department anymore? I know the Support ticket department is functionally dead.
That’s because you were not the zombies plaguing everyone and everything, and then alt-tabbing to see the forums and the server discords
Just tried the event now and didn’t get credit and no loot. This event blows chunks. I definitely tagged and did damage.
I was expecting to check the forums and find blizz fixed some issues and now it’d be more enjoyable. 
Something. Anything! Just say you are aware of our issues and are looking into it?
Mobs don’t drop enough currency. There’s a weekly that should be a daily. The bosses should drop gear and currency— a lot of currency! Make it worth our time please.

When players in Remix cried for lowering bronze prices for upgrading gear the answer was pretty much: “No, we are not going to change that.”
But, they did give a boost in bronze gains from certain sources, so there was some concession there.
Weʻll see what becomes of this.

See what I don’t get is - This happened in remix - too low of drop rate for the currency and high prices.
People complained and they fixed it.
So like, why didn’t they preemptively be like, “OH, lets make sure our currency isn’t too low drop rate and our costs aren’t too high”

That’s nice, however due to my real life, it does’t help at all. With the high prices for the rewards and my inability to be on at this time, there is absolutely no way I can get enough to buy what I want/need. And I have alts as well that need gear. So, no point in even trying, it’s totally not possible.
Now, if it was 30 minutes now… And if it weren’t once a week reward… I would be doing it. But as it is, there is absolutely no point in me dealing with the trememdous lag for 1,500 a week. Assuming the boss spawns, assuming I can get to that area within 1 to 2 minutes, before he is downed and I’ve missed it.
My play time is here and there, when I have time I play. Sometimes for a couple of hours, sometimes for 20 to 30 minutes at a time.
Yesterday the lag was too massive. My attacks got stuck I was frozen most of the time. My poor Drac. got stuck with one spell for the duration of the boss take down. Couldn’t move, couldn’t stop, couldn’t do anything. Didn’t get freed up until the Boss was down.
No thanks for the pre-patch. I’m just playing around with some alts and doing a bit of leveling up.

Their stubborn insistence on some things is so crazy. Half the prices seem arbitrary so it’s weird that they want to stick by them so bad.

I agree with points 1 and 2. I expect one or both of those things will change soon.
I don’t have a problem with the stages of the event other than too much time to wait around (which will be solved for many if they up the drop rate of memories on mobs).
As far as the artwork, I don’t care for the translucent yellow and green but that’s a preference that I don’t feel makes the event garbage or unfinished.
