It’s definitely a world phasing issue that has happened (and is still ongoing) in BfA and Shadowlands questing.

I’m on the Amirdrassil quest, too, now, and it looks like I can’t fly out of Zaralek Caverns now either!

Looks like it’s finally fixed with 10.2.5! Thanks goodness. Would just have been nice to have heard that this was a known issue…
