I was always told troll was the best for pve balance until today, I was told z troll is. Anyone else heard this ?
There is almost no difference when it comes to racials.
That being said Zandalari Troll with Paku and Darkspear Trolls are same.

The only standout racial for druid is Shadow Meld. Otherwise, just pick whatever you like looking at.
The Tauren one is pretty nice. Not shadowmeld good, but better than the trolls.
darkspears health regen does that make a big difference
The awesome Zandalari forms trump any racial benefits. Especially the Zandalari moonkin, which the bestest moonkin.

In vanilla, yes. Retail, no
ds troll = mini lust some hp regen and thats pretty much it
z troll = changable embrace slow fall extra money and epic forms
i personally run z troll running embrace of bwonsomdi as tank due to it being a leach effect and a shadow damage at the same time but thats just personal i dont know what other z trolls run for there embrace
