It isn’t starting over at 0, it’s just scanning what its already done.

Except that it started with the same amount remaining as it started yesterday and it’s been going the same speed all day so…

You can literally change the bandwith allowance in bnet.

I can give it a shot but I’d hate for this to happen.

Throttling pre-release download results in inordinate CPU usage

See title. When I limit download bandwidth to 100 KB/s in the b.net client, I’m getting 22-25% CPU usage. When I have unlimited download bandwidth, despite downloading anywhere from 1 MB to 10 MB of data per second via the b.net client, my CPU usage drops to 2-5%. What gives?
