Watching all the people flood the forums with the “I’m un-subbing” and trash talk about 9.1. To me they seem like the twitter mob, a couple people who are mad and upset but make it sound like the whole wow community feels the same way.
Other than that, work on getting flying, the new Battle Pets and just adding to my battle pet journal since they will remove the 2k pet limit

get flying like i always do see if any of my friends return if not probably just play bc and make gold in retail on and off.
I’ve been “checked out” of WoW for a little while now. Been playing SWTOR mostly. My sub runs out in August and if 9.1 doesn’t grab me, I will cancel sub renewal.
My plans for 9.1 are to get flying (though I still don’t see that motivating me to grind anima), check out Korthia open-world content and see if it’s any fun, maybe try to get some of those new covenant transmog/armor sets (if they aren’t a huge anima grind). That’s it, really.
If 9.1 isn’t interesting enough, I’m unsubbing for a while. Maybe come back toward the end of the expansion and see if things look a little brighter.

Chasing the new casual anima gear. Doing the archaeology ish stuff in Koritha. Oh. And. FLYYYIINNNNNG
When that stuff dries up I am still working through the vast amount of old Cata through BFA side quest/mount/toy content on my three casual mains. And doing all of their professions. And RPing as well.
Not too worried about SL’s endgame. I’ll be just fine.
The same thing we do every patch Leafmealone. Try to take over the world!
On a serious note, really, same thing I did last patch. Raid tuesday wednesday, do my torghast after either of those and then some m+ on the week ends.

Looking forward to getting flying especially for my alts. I will just explore and try to figure the new systems out and what needs to be done. Hopefully there will be a bunch of new world quests, to go along with the current ones. I wonder how long it will take to reach 80 renown? 6-8 weeks I’m guessing. We will soon see. It will be nice to have some new goals to reach for.
I’m excited for the Megadungeon. It looks visually interesting and it’s a megadungeon.
Literally everything else I have 0 desire to pursue, so… unless I get really hooked by the core gameplay loop in the short time it’ll take to get some early gear and do the megadungeon, I might just disappear again within the month. I’ll probably ram through Normal mode of the raid just to see it sometime in that month as well.
Idk.
I just am not interested in the gear treadmill for the sake of itself anymore. At least that’s how I feel right now. And that’s the vast majority of endgame – the gear treadmill (or… power treadmill, since we have to grind stuff like Renown now I guess). If I’m going to just repeat something for fun rather than progression, I’d rather go play Halo multiplayer or something I think.
Kinda makes me sad. I’ve -always- been motivated by improving my character. I’m not sure if I changed, or if it’s the current reward systems throwing me off. I know I’m unhappy with how the vault has become basically the primary means of week-to-week gear progression due to the way the M+ reward is super upscaled for some reason. But I’m not sure if that’s the only thing that’s putting me off or not.

Step 1. unlock flying, step 2. grab a pair of antlers! step 3. uh… no clue honestly…
Mainly ,get my flying everything else is a wait and see .
On Tuesday, I will do my covenant weeklies.
On Thursday, I will start the quests to unlock the new area. I think there will be mobs to tag by then instead of everything being gray.
Do the two renowns, run the 1 m+, logoff until my guild raids then after that logoff again until Tuesday. Rinse and repeat until there is nothing left to do, like a month or so, then unsub.
Going to play final fantasy 14.
They didn’t fix anything. Loot is still bad…
All their decisions and not listening to the community has push to go somewhere else.

Probably nothing cus it’s too hot out to run my computer for large amounts of time. I hate the summer.
I returned in January. Was only going to play M+ with IRL friends. They barely played, so I tried many communities, etc, and could not find groups to run keys with. Finally found a guild, but, I’m so far behind, nobody really wants to run with me consistently, and I’m needing to raid to “fit in” and, honestly, I’ve gotten more gear from that than anything else. Low drop rates on gear in M+ and people won’t take you in runs where the drops are actually upgrades.
If the reset doesn’t let me actually catch up in gear, I’ll just unsub.
same thing i do now i guess XD just play the game and have fun. havnt looked over all the new stuff and i know it all wont be out first week so just w/e is fun! …/shrug!
I’m gonna go ham on the battle pet collecting. That will lead me to everything else. It always does…and then I’ll have all the pets.
Sleeping. Followed by getting up, making tea, and logging in to play my low levels.
