WoW is rated T for teen so it’s all good lol.
I listen to podcasts while I WoW. Nothing is more enjoyable to me than slapping on a long, episodic podcast with a story arc (usually True Crime) and just diving into WoW. I’m so at peace when I do that.
I like music sometimes, but my ADHD requires MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF STIMULATION at all times or my brain starts starving for dopamine and throwing fits, so a podcast is suitably engaging and stimulating. It’s also the perfect time to absorb information, as grinding for bear butts doesn’t take a ton of cognition. So I learn some things, I enjoy myself, it’s great.
I highly recommend it if anyone feels music is getting stale. There’s a podcast for literally everyone!

There’s a lot of music that’s imprinted onto games for me just from getting them at the same time. There’s an R.E.M. album that I will always associate with The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time just because I got them both at Christmas the same year. Funny how that sticks.

It varies. Right now, doo woop of the 1950s, The word isn’t really woop but Blizzard wouldn’t let me use the real one which is another word for Italians. Very funny.
