Honestly though, wish I was on that level and had a main etc geared enough and had ultimately a guild or friends to run it with. I refuse to pug but happy for those that get it I guess

I went from 230 to 269 in one weekend of spamming epic battlegrounds. Plus I got tons of cosmix flux which helped me max my conduits. I highly recommend doing that than whatever it is you’re doing. The people that are progressing ahead of you aren’t going to still be doing normals by the time you catch up. They’re either moving on to harder raid modes or taking a break until DF. And I doubt many will want to carry you when your ilevel isn’t even high enough to que for an LFR.
20/30 on heroic so far.

I guess I just don’t get the point of paying a monthly sub for a game and then paying more on top of it for others to play it for you. But to each his own. You do you.

When the community gatekeeps the easiest mode to the extent that it does and the designers do everything possible to exclude more casual players from getting their fomo rewards, the option is easy.
I can bang my head against the wall for weeks dealing with the often times vile player base that straight up looks down on me for playing LFR or I can just get my reward and go back to playing content that I want to play.

False. I originally wasn’t even going to raid in Shadowlands until the fated and dinar systems came about, but here I am having Nathria and Sanctum completed.
Yeah, what is normal raid to you if you have ilevel 270+ before? Bet you, you would have delay completing fated in heroic not as fast as normal.
LFR people would be carried regardless.
Sad to see even this thread get dragged down by elitists bashing on those they consider lower than them it was from what I gathered just a simple what is your progress thread.
But from reading the posts several attacks are being made and for what to flex your ego is it any wonder LFR players want nothing to do with the toxic elitist normal jerks.
The kicker is these are the same people who pretend to care about social aspects of the game too

On the positive side, I did manage to solo an Apocalypse class tank Rival last night.
I clear as much as my team can do on our once a week Tuesday heroic raid schedule then hit a normal pug to finish the rest. So I’m 2/3 raids. I may try and find a normal Zerg early Tuesday just to get the mount but we will probably have another long maintenance so I’m planning on having it on Wednesday. After that it’s just ksm and I no longer care about SL. Good riddance!
Got 7/10 Heroic Nathria, and 8/10 Heroic Sanctum. Almost had 9/10 Sanctum, but we only got 2 pulls in on Kelthuzad before we ended the night, although we ALMOST had him down.
I only raid 2 nights a week, 2 and a half hours a night, so I don’t think that’s too bad.
Probably won’t get Nathria this coming rotation back, but Sanctum might be doable. My guild expressed interest in re-clearing Nathria for gear, but I think it’s possible we’ll just extend for Sanctum.
I know I could just pug the raid on normal, but we’re doing progression on heroic, so I’ll just wait and get it at the same time as the rest of the guild.
Or talk about how great the raid community is. Then when asked to prove it, say they can’t be bothered to.
