Your game is BROKEN

This is true throughout the brackets and some effort should be made to see it through at end game.

Oh yeah I have def seen a ton of rank 10+ people on these forums rushing to defend the premades fighting pugs and I laugh pretty good every time. It’s clear as day those players depend on it being easier to rank.

But there are also those who don’t care either way.

The amount of times premades have become an Issue on the forums for the past month, I would assume it’s not long before blizzard finally does something about them. Many would disagree and that’s fine but squeaky wheels do get greased eventually

The “rubbish at pvp so stacked cards in favour (ie premade)” isn’t really fair though. It’s not fair to say that the most skilled players (want to) pug only. I pugged a lot in my ranking journey and I know there are very good players who pug but there are also many bad players who pug.

To keep getting invited back into a premade, at least the better ones, if others think you are terrible, or if you don’t listen, you aren’t going to be invited back. That seems to be overlooked by a lot of people who criticize premades on here.

I hit Rank 10 on Tuesday, and I haven’t logged in since. Did this all by myself. AV, and pugging AB/WSG. Worst PvP experience I’ve ever had in WoW, and I’ve been playing since 2006. It was fun up until 60, but 60 pvp just sucks.

Not paying for this $@($ anymore.

I have to repeat : it’s not all players that premade are bad. It’s truly not - it’s the position that the game allows for such nonsense like premade vs pug on it’s current scale.

Even if it were that 2 out of 10 matches was a premade vs you in a pug it wouldn’t be such an issue - the problem lies with how it is currently : playing 90% of a pug queue vs a premade.

Players who premade for reasons that are to be with their friends for fun are a good example of what is great about wow pvp. It should however, be met with matchmaking to some degree - the idea that premades farming pugs should not be an option.

It’s horrendous and unbeknown to many players involved in running premades, it would improve their enjoyment by having matchmaking taking place.

Since you’re horde just queue AV and go gank people. It’s a big plus if you are miner/herbalist so you can make decent gold out of it at the same time.

Problem solved boys! Lets AV

OH HELL NO! That was the worst f’n thing I’ve ever done in WoW thanks to the premade scene. I’m on such a small server that premading is non existent. My rank 10 to me is the end of the game. I want nothing else out of it.

I’m going to back to playing my retro games, but there is no way I’m paying anymore money for WoW given the dismal state of PvP for the pugs.

LOL ah man like we win AV every time but it’s so boring.

I’m just so bloody sick of it. My gf was like, “you going for rank 11 for the mounts?”

I queued up… sat in queue… 2 hours rolls by, and it’s about to pop in 5 mins, but I closed WoW. I replied, “Nope, not going for 11.”

I am more likely to rage at missing my AV queue than getting owned in an AB or WSG vs a premade lol

Hhahah omg yeah. My ISP decided to do a reset 5 mins before my av popped. .after waiting 2 and a half hours. I turned the computer off, and walked away.

Brutal lol

Odd op missed av in the post as one of the broken bgs.

people defending the actual pvp gameplay in premades vs pugs is kind of comical. premade vs premade when one team decides to simply not engage to keep their buffs/hph to avoid a longer game, happens frequently enough to know pvp at present, is just an HPH game. Good gameplay has been kicked to the side of the curb long ago.

Please just lead with that argument.

Disarmed a marshal warrior and a field marshal warrior in the same wsg game. fun times earlier today. fun times

Going past rank 10 didn’t appeal to me. Just wish I could keep the title on my head, but honestly, I’ve lost interest in this game… like a lot. So burnt out. I think the way these people are playing it for 14 is ridiculously unhealthy.

Honestly, set your ‘healthy’ goals in this, get it, and walk away. My stress dropped 90% this week alone from not having to deal with this game.

Well I hate to be the one to break it to you… That’s the way it was back in classic. moving forward you better set your sights allot lower

please note OP has no problem with AV being 98% automatic loss.

last i checked 98% is greater than 90%.

No, I’m saying that the goal of most competitive games is to create relatively fair matchups. Usually this is done with an ELO system and a matchmaker. Blizzard introduced something like this in TBC, where I think it matched people by gear/ilvl(and in arenas by rating).

With an ELO system the win-loss ratio should eventually approach 50%. It isn’t that better teams shouldn’t win, but that better teams should be matched against better teams.

I was reading an article a few years back that was talking about children playing games together. The article said that if a child loses more than 70% of the time he will stop playing.

Basically, you can lose most games and still have fun, but if you’re getting obliterated every game you’ll quit playing. If games are fair you’ll actually play for fun not just for gear/rewards.
