My friend does want to play WoW. Specifically, he wants to make a Nightborne Warlock.
I told him it’s best to just wait until Shadowlands so he doesn’t have to unlock anything.

Just wondering, are you sure they removed all the requirements to unlock in Shadowlands? I was under the impression they removed the reputation requirement but you were still required to have a lvl 110 character on the faction, and have completed the quest/other unlock requirements.
