Zandalari warrior specifically 
Undead monks are effing rad, largely because of that image you posted. I had that as my desktop wallpaper for a very long time. I played an undead monk for a while too, it was great fun.
For me, my favorite race/class combinations are:
Undead/Anything
Anything/Death Knight
Void Elf or Non-elf/Demon Hunter (which doesn’t exist, and I don’t necessarily want in the game, but if they put it in the game I’d be all over it)
Hmm. Yup, those are my favorites.
EDIT: Oh, and Anything/Warlock. I’m a huge horror fan, so anything that fits into that horror genre is cool by me.

Dwarf anything. 
Dwarven hunters, especially in the Mountaineer garb since it’s such an iconic look. I get a kick out of just about any race, especially a Tauren, using it. Makes me feel like we are allies.
Dwarven warrior and paladin. Dwarves in plate armor are iconic across almost any fantasy world.
Tauren warrior and paladin. Huge hulking Tauren in plate armor is just awesome to me.
Human shaman.
But I can’t play one. The closest thing is probably fury warrior as enhancement. I think I’ll play that
Night Elves in general but specifically Druid
If I make a horde char, it would be a troll and most likely a druid.
Void Elf Shadow Priest. Totally makes a ton of sense.

I have a great fondness for my Zandalari Troll Paladin, he’s so cool bargaining with the Loa gods and putting his faith in them, something the Darkspear can’t do apparently.
I like my Blood Elf DH here, feels unique as Lord Illidan was a Night Elf… and I don’t like Night Elf animations, at least as far as the male goes.
There’s a few more, but those came off the top of my head.
Pandaren Druid, my dream race/class combo. At this point, it looks like we’ll never get them, and that just sucks. They should exist by now, as Pandaren have had literal years to be taught the ways of Druidism.

Draenei warlock, human druid.
Female Blood Elf Mage is iconic, regal, powerful, and beautiful. By far my favorite class / race combo. I tend to pick the mage/wizard/sorcerer in most fantasy games.
As for one I’d like to play in the future?? BE Druid followed closely by BE Shaman.
