Both quotes are from “The Transformers: The Movie”. The first one is from Rumble, just before he, Frenzy, Ratbat and Ravage attack the communications tower and fight Blaster, Perceptor, Eject, Rewind, Ramhorn and Steeljaw
The second isn’t quite right, but its Optimus Prime about to put a blaster shot between Megatron’s eyes. The full correct quote is “You, who are without mercy, now plead for it? I thought you were made of sterner stuff”.
