I guess I would say No’Groc is too prideful for his own good. He’s been burned by other people’s failures so many times that he refuses to not do things his way anymore. He thinks any craftsmanship that isn’t his is unreliable and shoddy compared to his own work. And he thinks his plans are the best even if they clearly aren’t.
