Tearing up the 89 bracket with my group of over-kitted characters. A highlight was forcing the Alliance team at Stables to pop heroism to kill me (disc priest) and my prot warrior buddy, and they were only able to because I oomed. Kept them there so long, my team 4-capped and we won. In a Battle of Gilneas, the group I was with pretty much invalidated the other team’s existence and they didn’t really get to play because my team was far too overgeared.
On the PvE side, it’s been joining the guild I’m currently in and running with them. Great bunch of people.
I have a few.
One is when WoD pre launch I think. There was an event at the dark portal and the world pvp was really kicking off.
I ended up getting to do some wpvp against Hansol (I was enamored with him at the time because I also mained fire mage).
Another was me and my friends accidentally queued into Bahjeera in a bg and one of my friends happened to have his stream up. We were ahead of him every step he took and won the bg! 
I could tell he was getting irritated on stream because he died so many times.

When I got a Vicious mount. I’m a very casual PvPer who hates arenas so back in the day, winning 100 3:3 arenas was a big accomplishment for me. I’d say having Invincible drop after 6 years was also a good tie.
Back in pre-BC, I really wanted a Tiny Emerald Whelpling pet. I managed to farm a Tiny Crimson Whelpling myself, but the emerald whelp’s farming spot looked pretty crowded when I took a gander.
Checked the AH and saw it was listed for 500 gold. In my young adolescent brain, I equated that to roughly 500 Savory Deviate Delight because I had just learned the recipe and thought they were cool.
I literally fished up and cooked 500 Savory Deviate Delight and offered them all to the guy who posted the whelpling and his response was something like: “I want the gold, why the **** would I want 500 fish?”
So I posted 500 Savory Deviate Delight on the AH. All at once. Each for 1g, which was quite the undercut. While all of those were selling, I went and checked the spawn points for Tiny Emerald Whelplings and saw nobody was there, so I started farming. I wound up getting the pet within an hour.
As it turns out, flooding the market on a niche item apparently has an adverse effect where that item becomes pretty cheap. I TANKED the Alliance server market for Savory Deviate Delight so badly that it took months to recover. My thought process was “oh someone keeps under cutting me, that’s okay I’ll just post all my other Savory Deviate Delight for a little less.” I was like 12 or 14 at the time.

Classic Vanilla Memory
Level 58 warlock in WPL doing the torches with towers questline, Naxx is out now and Alliance are like roughly outmatched 3:1 so I don’t expect any confrontations. A warrior and mage that looks to be in MC/ZG level of gear are nearby and attempt to jump me. Death coil the warrior, load him with dots, but the DC sends him into the tower with a 60 elite that he proceeds to aggro so he’s in full on panic mode and starts running. I can focus on the mage at this point who is a pushover because warlocks eat mages.
Unfortunately the warrior does get away due to a health potion, but otherwise a complete and lopsided battle that I wish I had on recording. I was really never in any danger between my own potion, healthstone, and double VW sac plus a skosh of SL healing I get.
Retail: Server First M Blackhand. Not a long extravagant story, just an awesome boss fight to get to do.
Nothing in retail but first doing Classic seriously last year was the best fun I had in a MMO in years.

Just logging in for the first time, making my first character, a human hunter. I fell in love with this game pretty fast and I went through the trial very quickly doing Elwynn Forest and Westfall, queued up for some dungeons and just counted the days before getting my first sub.
Getting a ground mount for the first time and after that, flying for the first time back in cata when I started, what a joy. I still enjoy just going on the highest points on the map, chilling there and enjoying the view or just exploring with flying, one of the best part of this game imo.
Dueling a really good hunter in goldshire this patch that blasted all my friends and me, we did a rematch and I won, it felt really good! (he took the time the wait for his CDs so it was fair ofc)
Finally, Me and my friend getting blasted by Deathwing in the middle of nowhere back in cata, that was funny as hell and really unexpected

When i was playing wrath of the lich king when it was current, and i was helping this dude do this escort quest with lakota wind song in thousand needles, on my death knight. He fell into a crevice and got stuck, so i dueled him, death gripped him, and turned around so he would not die, then continued and we completed the quest.
Otherwise he would have had to restart. Was pretty memorable.

The part where I unsubbed because of wokeness.
Prior, probably my Gul’Dan kill and got his mount.
I first started playing in legion. Too hype ourselves up before raid or just to be silly and have a good time, my guild would be in Dalaran and would roleplay walk in a circle around the city. Whether we’d be showing off an achievement mount we all got together, or used toys to become crabs etc. Others would join in and we even got a couple of people to join our guild just from doing that.

Leading my guild’s Rated BG team to 2200 on the day before the end of the season back in Cata.
Getting Blackhand AotC with my guild on the last raid night before Hellfire Citadel patch went live in WoD.
